On 1 May 2009 the summer fresh farmer's market at the harbour of Dierhagen starts into the new season. Till 2 October 2009 about 24 marketers offer every Tuesday and Friday fresh, partly also ecological delicacies and handicrafts from Mecklenburg and Western-Pomerania.

A wide and endless beach for playing and romping, fine sand for building the most beautiful sand castles of the world, shallow water for our little water rats and behind the beach the best pinewood ever for playing the Indians or hide and seek.
